Confirmation & IPA Application

Make confirmation, make deposit, and apply for In-Principle Approval

  1. Pay deposit to agency (to secure the helper, required for step 6)
  2. Submit employer information form (required for steps 3 and 5)
  3. Agency sends MOM authorization request
  4. Approve authorization via Singpass (required for step 6)
  5. E-sign service agreement
  6. Agency submits IPA application
  7. Wait for IPA approval from MOM
Duration: 1 day | Waiting: MOM approval approx 2-7 days (longer if additional documents required)

Helper Arrival & Employment Contract Signing

Helper arrives in Singapore and employment contract is signed

  • Agency processes arrival procedures (Travel, Insurance, SG Arrival Card)
  • Employment contract e-signing by employer
  • Helper arrives SG
  • Helper signs employment contract and MOM declaration form at agency office
Duration: Depends on many factors, 1 week - 2 months

Medical Check-up & Training

Complete medical examination and training requirements

  • Medical examination at approved clinic
  • Settling-In Programme (SIP) for new helpers

Work Permit Issuance

Issue work permit after all requirements are met

  • Training completed

MOM Registration & Deployment
